Redvision will change the way the industry thinks about CCTV dome installation and illumination. Directing illumination at the camera focus point improves the standard of night time images. In the same way that many static cameras work in conjunction with fixed IR, Redvision believe it is natural evolution that speed dome cameras performance is enhanced with tracking IR. The video shows what you see at 50m and 100m with the infra red pods on and off. The light conditions on the night this video was shot were very dark ie cloudy, slight rain and no moon light. Great instructional video … I’ve worked RG6 installing satellite dishes and such … but I’ve never worked with BNC connectors and RG59 … and since I going to be installing a security surveillance system in the coming future I’m sure this info will come in quite useful.
